The Midwest Chapter of the Medical Library Association invites exhibitors to participate in our virtual conference October 21-23, 2026. 

Exhibitor Opportunities & Information

Vendors are being offered two primary opportunities for contact with conference attendees:

To support the conference at the CARE level - for $300 you company's logo will be on the Classifieds page on the website, included on the promotional materials on our website and included in our break slideshows.

• An asynchronous Classifieds page on the website, which will provide an access point, through your logo, for attendees to be able to obtain accurate and up to date information about contacts to your company. We will distribute this information to all registered attendees, and this information will permanently live on the website, along with your videos for the general public to access. 
• Inclusion of your company name and logo on promotional materials and our website.
• Inclusion of marketing materials in our break slideshows, which will appear at least 4 times during the conference.
• Like to offer a door prize? You can! During your presentation, please feel free to offer a prize drawing. This also can be included on the Classifieds page. 

To support the conference at the CURIOSITY level - for $500 you will receive everything above and the opportunity to speak with our attendees directly.

• An invitation to our Technology Showcase where you will be able to speak about your company's strengths, new offerings, etc. to our attendees. The Technology Showcase will be scheduled as non-conflict time. The length of time is contingent on the total number of exhibitors who participate and the time the programming committee allows - more information to come soon.
